Unitard Club is an informational site. We do not ask for personal information, run advertising trackers, or sell personal information. Our host (Vercel) automatically logs standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operations; we do not use it to identify you. Operational request logs are governed by our host's retention and security policies, separately from the aggregate counters described below.
Follow preferences
We use a first-party cookie, unitard_follow, to remember when you close a follow invitation. Closing it hides invitations for 30 days. Opening LinkedIn or X leaves both follow options available. Ordinary footer links remain available. The homepage contribution link does not change this preference. A click does not tell us whether you followed the account. Visits do not extend the cookie's expiration.
The cookie contains only the preference version, action, and expiration time. It contains no visitor identifier, social account details, or browsing history. Choose “Show follow invitations again” below or clear the cookie in your browser. If cookies are blocked, we remember your choice only during this application session.
Aggregate measurement
When enabled, we count daily invitation views, follow-link clicks, and dismissals by placement and network. We also count company-page opens and visits reaching the end of a story. A view means at least half the invitation was visible for one second. These approximate event totals are not unique visitor counts or verified follows. A company-page open is counted once when a page first becomes visible; story engagement means the marker after the story and source note was at least half visible for one continuous second. These are approximate reading-depth signals, not proof that a story was read. We store no individual event records, visitor or session IDs, identifying hashes, IP addresses, user agents, or browsing histories in these counters. Daily totals are retained for 90 days.
You can disable all these counts independently of follow invitations. A separate first-party cookie, unitard_social_measurement, stores only your opt-out preference for 365 days. Turning measurement on clears that cookie. Both preference cookies use a site-wide path, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. Social profile links open in a new tab; the destination network's privacy policy applies there. We do not embed social tracking widgets.
Count follow prompts, profile clicks, and story engagement to help improve Unitard. No visitor identifiers are stored.
These preferences apply to this browser. If cookies are blocked, choices last for this application session.
